Traditional Csallóközi fair begins in Dunaszerdahely

Organizers are expecting fifty thousand people to the traditional Csallóközi fair begins on Thursday. The fair is one of the biggest events of Dunaszerdahely.

This year, the street of artisans was expanded further, so the visitors can meet more high quality craft products during the three days of the fair. In addition, the masters will present the production processes. The visitors can taste the wines of the region’s winemakers in the street of wines.

This year’s performers will be Magna Cum Laude, Republic, Nagy Bandó András, and jazz artist, Peter Lipa. A number of local artists, children programs, comedies, folk ensembles, gypsy music, retro disco and rock concerts will also make the program more colorful.   (Lengyel Diana, MTI)
