If your plate is not empty you should pay a donation!
A restaurant in Japan punishes its guests, if they do not eat the food until the last bite – Yahoo writes.
The strict restaurant is in Sapporo. The restaurant owner introduced the fine, in order to give honor to the seafood and the fishermen who venture forth to the sea in case of inclement weather.
The restaurant's pre-warns the guests: “It is prohibited to leave even a grain of rice on the plate. Anyone who does not eat his food, should pay donations!” (MTI)
