Fruit juice production – as a family business

In the last period, the fruit processors operating as small family businesses have been multiplied. The increasing unemployment and the extremely low fruit price also play an important role in this.

The fruit juices processed manually, can be find now in special shops not just in markets and by the roads. A large number of horticultural and agricultural shops of Transdanubia have reported, that in recent times, the demand for various bottling equipments has been multiplied.
The demand for glasses and of different sized plastic bottles have been increased.
The homemade fruit processing has an increasing role in the Great Plains and at especially the apple producers, who struggling with problems of distribution for many years – reports Napi Gazdaság.
