Russian industrial production growth accelerated in January
Russia’s statistics office said on Friday that industrial production rose 8.6 percent year-on-year in January, following a 6.1 percent increase in December. Industrial production in Russia increased by 5.3 percent last year after a 2.1 percent decline in 2020. The Ministry of Economic Development expects industrial production growth of 3.6% this year.
