Consumer prices in OECD countries have accelerated
In OECD member countries, the annual growth rate of consumer prices accelerated to 1.8 percent in November, from the 1.6 percent of October, the lowest rate since November 2016.
In OECD countries, energy prices fell 1.1 percent year-on-year in November, after the 3 percent drop of October, while food prices rose modestly, after the 1.6 percent in October. Excluding food and energy prices, inflation was 2.1 percent after the 2 percent of October. (MTI)
