Inflation accelerates in Romania
In February, inflation continuead to accelerate in Romania, with 3.83 percent annual inflation after the 3.32 percent in January – the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Tuesday.
Compared to February, food prices increased the most, by 4.46 percent, non-food prices increased by 3.74 percent and services by 3 percent.
The monthly inflation rate was 0.79 percent, consumer prices increased 1.63 percent, compared to December. (MTI)
