There are many legends about the composition and quality of store-bought quick-frozen breaded meats
School starts, and the busy weekdays are here again, and there is less time for cooking. Providing a varied meal every day is again a big challenge for families. Quick-frozen, breaded meats are also popular in our baskets, which come in handy on busy weekdays when you want to quickly and easily prepare a hot lunch or dinner for the whole family. However, according to a recent research, many prejudices are associated with these products. But what is the truth?
o According to a quarter of the respondents, it is impossible to know what is in quick-frozen breaded meats and what they are made of.
According to recent research, two-thirds of people trust the information on product packaging, but only 12% give it full credit (55% sometimes have doubts). Few people know, but the legislation regulates in detail what information the manufacturer must include on the label regarding the product. Among other things, these are the expectations that ensure that the information on the label is complete and appropriate.
