The availability of accommodation for the winter season is rapidly decreasing, while conscious travelers are increasingly planning ahead, said Szilvia Nagy, representative of the Vár a világ travel agency.

According to the expert, the era of last-minute travel is over, and today many people decide half a year in advance to secure the desired services and avoid unpleasant surprises. Early booking can mean up to a 20% discount, as well as guaranteed departure and a wider range of options. Advance booking is now expected for group trips, and premium accommodation and larger family rooms fill up quickly.
