The first stop of the “Export!” forum series was held in Győr
The “Export!” forum series was launched to help to encourage and supporting the companies to enter foreign markets and to develop the domestic supply capacity. The first event of the “Export” forum series was held on Thursday at the country's most important economic and industrial center, in Győr. At the event, the business leaders could familiarize themselves with the operation of the organizations that help to access foreign markets, could receive services and information to start their export activities.
In Hungary, the ratio of exports is 90-95% of the GDP. However, the major part of the export is carried out by foreign companies, only 15-20% is the estimated proportion of the Hungarian-owned, small and medium enterprises. Therefore, the long-term goal of the Hungarian Government, to increase the number of export-oriented enterprises over ten thousands, thereby contributing to increasing employment, strengthening of the economy. Currently only 2-3000 export-oriented enterprises can be found.
