Candlelit dinner to save the Earth

Hotel Hilton Budapest has already joined the global movement Earth Hour in 2008, and managed to reduce the hotel's electronic consumption by 21 percentages then. Guests welcomed the project positively.

On Saturday at 09.30 pm the indoor and
outdoor lighting, moreover the entire electronic apparatus were
switched off. Guests were given a candlelit dinner in the restaurant.
Hilton is trying to take responsibility for the future of the planet
not only on Earth Day. The chain hotel has taken an active part in
the environment-friendly program „We Care”started in 2006, and
continues to make conscious effort to reduce global climate change.
