The GVH terminated the pesticide market cartel procedure
The Office of the Hungarian Competition Authority did not establish a concerted approach by examining the activities of the operators of the pesticide market, so the procedure will not continue, GVH informed MTI about its latest decision.
The competition authority has verified whether the individual pesticide and fertilizer dealers and pesticide companies have negotiated their prices using the framework of the Professional Association of Pesticides and Fertilizers Traders (NMKSZE). (MTI)
