GVH: the interests of Csányi Sándor may control the KITE
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) authorized that the Agrárintegrátor Kft., Agrárspektrum Kft. and Agrochain Kft. belonging to Csányi Sándor to acquire indirect joint control in the KITE Mezőgazdasági Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Zrt. (KITE Agricultural Service and Trading Ltd.) – the GVH told MTI on Friday.
The Agrárintegrátor Kft., the Agrárspektrum Kft., and the Agrochain Kft were established this year with 3-3 million HUF registered capital. The sole owner of all three companies is Csányi Sándor.
According to the available public company data, the Nádudvar-based KITE Zrt. in 2014 it recorded a profit of nearly 4.1 billion HUF after 3.98 billion HUF of the previous year. (MTI)
