GVH: the Csányi Group can buy the Hungerit Zrt.

The Csányi Group can buy the Hungerit Poultry Processing and Foodstuffs Co. because it does not cause adverse competitive effects – the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) told MTI on Thursday.

According to the information, the GVH initiated a competition supervision procedure because the merger notification did not contain all the information necessary to assess the competitive effect. (MTI)
