Bartenders with hands tied

According to Csaba Gulyás, editor in chief of Bartrender Magazine, the most popular cocktails are still the ones which first appeared fifteen years ago like, Cuba Libre, or Mojito. He believes the main problem is that bars are not creative enough and do not let talented bartenders show what they can really do. Vienna, Prague and even Bratislava are far ahead of us regarding cocktail culture in general.
