group.one acquires MiniCRM, expanding its SaaS portfolio with a CRM solution specifically designed to support the success of SMEs
group.one has signed an agreement to acquire MiniCRM Zrt., including its Romanian subsidiary, MiniCRM Software SRL. MiniCRM is a leading CRM provider in Central Europe, specializing in small and medium-sized businesses.
Founded in 2009, MiniCRM offers a reliable cloud-based platform that covers the key needs of SMEs: lead generation, marketing automation, customer service, project management and invoicing. Thanks to its modular architecture and proven scalability, MiniCRM fits perfectly into group.one’s existing product portfolio and adds a core business application that helps SMEs digitize their customer relationships.
“This acquisition is a strategic step in accelerating our vision to help SMEs achieve a successful online presence,”
said Daniel Hagemeier, CEO of group.one.
“MiniCRM is not only strong in its core markets, but also fits organically into our Website Builder and the broader SaaS ecosystem. It addresses the critical business processes that turn visitors into leads, leads into customers, and engagement into long-term relationships. This is central to how we create value for our SME customers.”
The integration of the two companies will enable group.one to offer tailor-made digital solution packages for different customer segments, such as resellers and specific industries. With MiniCRM’s automation features and intuitive design, group.one gains a CRM that can also be integrated into the group.one Website Builder platform.
“Joining group.one is a very exciting opportunity for MiniCRM,”
added Krisztián Egerszegi, Company Builder at MiniCRM.
