Gránit Pólus: We already use AI for almost every purchase
Artificial intelligence is much closer to us than we think: all you have to do is pop into Westend for a cinema or shopping trip to be surrounded by robots, a virtual assistant and an artificial intelligence-based security system. In addition to the visitor experience, technology also plays a major role in managerial decision-making at the Gránit Pólus group, which operates the shopping center.
Not only do we hear a lot about artificial intelligence, but we actually use it more often than you might think—even without realizing it. The Gránit Pólus group sees the possibilities of technology as important from both the customers’ and the operation’s side, which is why it is already gradually incorporating it into the everyday operation and decision-making process at such iconic buildings of Budapest as the Westend, the Palace of Arts and the Budapest Arena.
