Grand Marnier packed into sensuality
French liqueur brand Grand Marnier started to bring out yearly editions of its iconic bottle in 2003. The limited editions are usually launched at the end of the year, perfectly suited for christmas shopping.
Grand Marnier’s limited edition for
2008 is their ‘Cosy’. Diva-like, the naked shoulders of the
sultry Grand Marnier bottle emerge from an opulent red fur collar and
nubuck coat adorned with a vibrant metal label. The original liqueur
created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle. A delicate
blend of fine cognacs and distilled essence of tropical oranges left
to age in oak casks gives this liqueur unparalleled elegance and
subtlety. The warm tactile materials cry out to be touched, while the
aromas of orange and Cognac demand to be tasted. The smooth and soft
red coat is designed to be removed to reveal the elegant rounded
bottle, so that Grand Marnier can be appreciated both naked and
adorned with fur.
The year 2008 now sees the Cosy edition
with its red fur enter the shelves. The bottle will only be available
in selected retail shops. In Hungary only 160 bottle is avaible.
