Gordon Ramsay moves on to Las Vegas

All that unfamiliarity may change today, when Ramsay takes to what has become the biggest culinary stage in the United States – Las Vegas. His timing is exceptional given that today kicks off Bon Appetit Magazine’s Vegas Uncork’d food and wine festival in Las Vegas, and half the nation’s food media will be there.

He joins a litany of celebrity chef steakhouses when Gordon Ramsay Steak opens in the Paris casino hotel. There is no shortage of famous chefs or steakhouses in Vegas, but this has a few unique things going for it.
