Those who visit the herb garden of the University of Szeged on Sunday can see the special world of mushrooms – Director Németh Anikó informed MTI.

They play an important ecological role, their genetic diversity, their extraordinary, efficient degrading enzymes promise biotechnological applications, they produce drugs that are essential in medicine and, last but not least, they create spectacular, colorful fruiting bodies.
