The goal is to improve the customer experience
HP launched their HP Elite x3 mobile and HP MX12 retail solutions. The goal with both new products is to assist retailers. By using these products they can improve the customer experience, offering shoppers a well-planned multichannel experience. Lorena Kubera, HP’s Retail Solutions Global Business Unit vice president and general manager told: retail is going in an exciting direction and market players get the chance to create shopping experiences that result in increased customer loyalty.
