Pedro Sánchez called for a global alliance to end hunger
The head of the Spanish government called for a global alliance to end starvation in his opening speech at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization’s (FAO) two-day congress on Monday in Madrid.
At the meeting where over two hundred parliamentarians attended from 80 countries around the world Pedro Sánchez explained that co-operation is needed to achieve the goal and to eliminate hunger in the world by 2030. (MTI, Fehér Krisztina)
