GKI: returning confidence, increasing business cycle
In March, the GKI Sentiment Index was close, the consumer confidence index was even higher than the last pre-crisis level, which was in September 2008.
According to the survey of the GKI Economic Research Co. (www.gki.hu) by – supported by the European Union – in March, in the business sector and among the consumers expectations also continued to be improved markedly since May 2009.
The Hungarian economy's prospects improved in all sectors, compared to the previous month and the change among the general population, is the most spectacular.
