GKI: recruitment issues in Hungary
The GKI Gazdaságkutató Zrt. economy researcher in its November representative (987 respondent companies) survey revealed what are those issues for a company that is not able to recruit the right staff.
According to the survey finding the right staff is a major problem for the companies; The main problems are: low motivation (+43), the lack of sufficiently qualified labor force (+41), professional incompetence(+38) and finally the offered low salary (+28). The GKI Gazdaságkutató Zrt. economy researcher emphasizes that the results show the opinion of the companies.
