Bonafarm received giga loan

The Bonafarm Group agreed with CIB Bank Zrt. and Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. on refinancing the long-term loans. The contract containing 139.8 million euros (about 38 billion HUF) 5-year term credit was signed on the 17th of June 2011 June 17. The amount was paid for the group on Thursday – announced the Raiffeisen Bank.

The share of banks' share in the transaction is 50 – 50 percent. During the term of the loan, the general agent and collateral agent tasks will be carried out by the Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. The parties were not willing to give more information over the remuneration of the credit or other conditions – reports MTI.
