GfK: one in ten Hungarian adults are into healthy eating
The GfK Hungária explores the eating habits of the adult Hungarian population since 1989. The latest analysis shows that a majority of the Hungarians are eating regularly, but only ten percent pays attention consciously for healthy nutrition. One of the main expectations of food to be prepared quickly. Six out of ten do not see anything wrong with the semi-finished foods and considers anxiety against chemicals in food products as excessive.
Who cares for healthy nutrition:
Since 1989, eating habits, that are fundamentally forming the state of our health are continuously changing. Every second of our fellow citizens eats three times a day, every third eats four times or more in their own admission. It seems that the practice of intermediate meals is increasing.
