GfK: stagnant consumer confidence, the willingness to buy increases
According to the analysis of the GfK Consumer Confidence Index, consumer confidence has remained virtually unchanged in this year's second quarter, to the high mood during the parliamentary elections in March.
In June, consumer confidence declined, partly due to the household's financial situations, and partly because of the worse perception of the country's long-term economic prospects. However, the willingness to buy at the same time – as the result of an another growth – has reached its three-year peak.
