GFK: We spend more in this year’s Christmas season
According to the survey of GfK Hungária Market Research Institute; a slight growth is expected in this year's Christmas shopping season, contrary to the decline of the previous years.
We spent less and less over the last three Christmas seasons. Between 2004 and 2006 in December turnover increased by 25 percent, compared to an average month, while in 2007 this figure was 20 percent, 16 percent in 2008, while only 11 percent in 2009 – shows the datas of the Consumer Tracking survey of GfK Hungária Market Research Institute.
