GfK: growing wealth inequality
The ratio of those who have savings still not growing among the domestic population. We measured the lowest ratio since 2004 in the first half of 2013 – GfK Hungária states on the basis of its Retail Banking Monitor survey’s datas. The strengthening of consumer confidence shows that a slight increases ocvcures in saving for the retirement years, and holidays / travelling.
While the domestic population’s net financial assets show a steady growth since 2011, according to the datas of KSH, the ratio of those who have bank savings among the population remain at very low levels – the wealth inequality of the Hungarian society continued to grow over the past year.
