GfK: Hungarian young people are the least committed towards their jobs
The lack commitment towards workspaces is general among the young employees worldwide. Above all, they feel pressure at work, which causes long-term retention and management problems for the companies and the countries.
The perception of work pressure shows a specific picture on the Hungarian market. Globally, the commitment of the Hungarian employees is one of the worst – shows the International Employee Commitment Survey 2011 of GfK.
