The lack of rainfall and this year's extremely dry weather had a serious impact on the volume of wine production. Experts say that 20 to 25 percent less wine is expected this year, in turn with the development of wine culture, the proportion of wine-loving Hungarians increases. The ratio of wine drinkers in particular now reaches 37 percent, while 20 years ago, this figure was only 25 percent – shows the datas of GfK Hungária’s Eating Habits in 2012 survey. (hvg.hu)
