Gerbaud corner, healthy, new bread at UKBA
15th International Trade Fair for Confectionery, Bakery and Gastronomy on 3-5 February 2008 at HUNGEXPO Budapest Fair Center.
The nearly 12000 visitors proved that the trade is open for novelties, since among the economic circumstances of these days innovation is essential for remaining on the market both in the field of technology and quality raw materials. At the exhibition of 2006, everybody had the chance and possibility for gathering information on the latest technologies, ideas for the development projects, and thanks to the exhibitor companies, there were plenty of high-quality confectionary raw materials, too.
After two years, UKBA is providing a trade forum for bakers, confectioners and the specialists of gastronomy again.
