A genetic selection was caused by milk
Today it is well-known that milk consumption causes unpleasant symptoms (inflammation, abdominal cramps, diarrhea) in the absence of lactose-decompensation.
According to the geneticists, once everybody was lactose-sensitive, the question is why most people’s digestive tract can handle crude milk today without any difficulty. The answer can be found in the latest issue of the Food Review scientific journal and wecan also read that milk had a major influence on the history of the peoples of Europe.
