Hungary’s per capita GDP in term of purchasing power parity is worse than in the Czech Republic or in Slovakia, and compared to Poland, the indicator is only a bit better – shows the most recent report of the EU's statistics office, the Eurostat.
In Hungary, the per capita GDP calculated on purchasing power parity is 66 percent of the EU average. Hungary is standing on the 22nd place, among the 27 member countries.

The leading edge also includes Ireland with 127, Sweden with 126 and Denmark with 125 percent, while Germany is “only” on the seventh place with its 120 percent. (mfor.hu)
