Zoltán Gazsi bids farewell to Eisberg. Zoli led the company for nearly two decades as CEO and CEO, and his name has become synonymous with Eisberg in Hungary, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and social responsibility that extends beyond the business sphere. Under his leadership, Eisberg has built a people-centered, value-based corporate culture that sets an example in sustainable operations, ethical business conduct, and respectful partnerships – all in an inspiring community where the well-being and development of employees was just as important as the production of high-quality products.

Zoltán Gazsi took over the management of Eisberg Hungary in 2007. He brought his experience in sales and marketing, gained in domestic and international companies, to the company. Over the course of nearly two decades, he has made Eisberg a standard-bearer of sustainable, ethical, and people-centered operations. He is a committed believer in coaching-based leadership, self-awareness development and psychological support for employees, and as a leader he has always strived to ensure that his employees enjoy what they do. He is known for his support of numerous social causes, educational programs and awards – including as an ambassador for HospitalSchool, a member of the BCSDH board, and as the recipient of the “Manager of the Year for Society” award.

Under Zoli’s leadership, Eisberg became the market leader in the packaged salads category in Hungary, and as part of the Bell Food Group, it has become a dominant player in the Central and Eastern European region over the past decade. The name Eisberg is now synonymous with health-conscious, quickly accessible and reliable food. It has become a credible and lovable brand for consumers and partners, backed by value-focused, efficient management and a committed team.

Gyula Pál, who has been with the company for twenty years, took over the executive duties in 2024. Gyula was responsible for procurement for many years, and then helped the company develop domestically and regionally as an operational manager. The transition went smoothly, so Eisberg continues to operate with stable professional management, continuing its value-based development. “Zoli is the best friend and mentor. I have learned a lot from him in recent years. The values he introduced have become the cornerstones of Eisberg and will remain so in the future. We wish him the best on behalf of the company and his colleagues, on his new path!” – Gyula Pál greeted his departing colleague.
