The Balatoni Kör wants a culinary revolution

The Balatoni Kör would llike to achieve a “gastronomic revolution” by promoting local products and initiatives and with greater collaboration on the shores of the Lake Balaton.

Váli Péter winemaker, at a press conference held held before the Badacsony in New York event told, that the Balatoni kör will be established as the initiative of Badacsony-based producers. In the foundation of the Balatoni kör, twenty leading winemakers and catering professionals will take part on both sides of the lake. (MTI)
