A gastronomic festival center is under construction in Békéscsaba
The foundation stone ceremony of the CsabaPark culinary center was set on Wednesday in Békéscsaba.
The building complex is designed to guard and promote the traditions of sausage-making in Békéscsaba in domestic tourism. Under the project, a sausage village will be built with a museum inside, where the history of the sausage will be presented, and the center will include restaurants, butchers and pig slaughtering point as well.
The value of the investment is a gross 1.3 billion HUF, of which 1,024 billion HUF will come from the South Plains Regional Operational Programme, with the resources of the Hungarian government. The rest will be financed by the local government. (MTI)
