“Gastronauts” – food adventurers club

The organization is only five years old and has started with only two members. Today, more than one thousand people joined them, all of them are New Yorkers and Los Angeles residents, ie, there is still plenty of recruiting opportunities in the major cities in the United States.

The two “founding fathers” decided in New York in 2006 that they should taste much more exotic foods and to taste foods with others in an organized form. The Internet has helped in the expansion of the Gastronauts club, anyone can join – there is no membership fee. The club holds the dinners monthly, for example in October, 70 – 80 members were eating in a Yemeni restaurant in New York, eating boiled sheep eyes served in sheep milk – reports MTI.
