Eger launches a gastronomic tour campaign, focusing on the Eger Star
Eger is worth a visit not only for the interesting attractions, programs, historical atmosphere, downtown thermal spa or natural environment, but also for its colorful gastronomy. This year, from May 1 to October 31, Eger’s restaurants and wineries are preparing to welcome guests with a real wine-gastronomy experience, with a Gastronomic Tour focusing on the Eger Csillag.
The focus of the gastrocampaign is on Egri Csilla, the white pair of Egri Bikavér, which is one of the favorites of the locals, while it is increasingly popular in many parts of the world. Therefore, guests coming to the city are encouraged to discover Eger and its gastronomy through the fresh and fresh Csillags. The providers of the Gastro Tour await guests with wine and food offers that create a perfect harmony between the most delicious dishes and the Egri Csillag wines
The wineries participating in the campaign await those interested with the most special wines and experiences. What’s more, during the Gastronomic Tour, guests can take part in thematic programs: wine dinners, wine breakfasts, guided walks through the city center with a glass in hand.
