Gastro Angel weekend at the Millenáris

Hungarian farmers, producers, winemakers and restaurateurs who were featuring in the Gastro Angel (Gasztroangyal) popular television programme will gather in the capital to present the gastronomic values of the Hungarian countryside in the scope of the Hungary is Delicious – the Gastro Angel at the Millenáris (Magyarország finom – Gasztroangyal a Millenárison) programme between 4 and 6 July.

The Gastro Angel also welcomes the guests in addition to the fair and exhibitions with courses as well. The organizers have chosen the various programmes on the basis of the television viewers' feedbacks: it will include donut and meat roasting, truffle hunting, salt grinding and pálinka distilling and a herb course – Borbás Marcsi, presenter of the Gastro Angel and one of the main organizers told at the event heralding press conference on Tuesday.
