Waberer’s: the performance of the cargo market and the Hungarian economy also helped the growth of the company
The European cargo market and the good performance of the Hungarian economy also helped the Waberer’s International Plc. to achieve a double-digit sales growth in the first half of this year – Lajkó Ferenc, CEO of Waberer’s Plc., said at a press conference in Budapest on Monday.
He added that the expansion of the regional activity and the acquisition of the insurance company contributed to the growth with the greatest extent. The acquisition of the Polish Link company was successfully closed and consolidated in the second half of 2017.
The Group’s revenue for the first half of 2017 was 313 million euros, 13.3 percent higher than a year before. No further international acquisitions are planned this year, he said. (MTI)
