Smoked cocktail
It is a rather original idea that already conquered a few big cities in the United States: bartenders add a smoke flavour to cocktails. The easiest way to do it is by using liquid smoke (originally used to flavour dishes). However, there are bartenders who thrive for more and smoke the glasses on cherry or walnut wood shavings; they smoke the different syrups and sometimes even the different spirits or fruits using restaurant kitchens’ smoker devices.
