Tesco withdraws smoked spare ribs from circulation

As a precaution, Tesco immediately withdraws its 14 May maturity time standard smoked spare ribs from circulation. Tesco pays back the entire purchase price of the products to the customers – the department store chain told MTI on Thursday.

According to the communication of the company, the company decided to widhdraw the product after consultation with the authorities, becaues recent laboratory tests initiated by them showed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes bacteria in of one of the tested product. (MTI)
