Philip Morris to build nicotine pouch factory in the United States
In the next two years Philip Morris International plans to invest USD 600m in a plant in the United States to produce Swedish Match ZYN nicotine pouch.

Groundbreaking will take place this year, with production starting in 2026. The construction phase is expected to create nearly 5,000 jobs. The investments underway in Aurora and Owensboro are intended to provide sufficient production capacity in the short to medium term.
