FruitVeB: good melon season is expected
“The melon season has only just started, it is lasting for approximately two weeks, however, it seems that we have all the ingredients to end this year’s maturation period with success” – Ledó Ferenc told.
Ledó Ferenc President of the Hungarian Fruit and Vegetable Interprofessional Organisation (FruitVeB), told Világgazdaság that the 2015 season may last until 20 August. He added that the season begins with the typical southern Hungarian early ripening fruits. (Világgazdaság Online)
