FruitVeb: this year’s grape production can have good quality and large quantities

Good quality and large quantities of grapes are expected this year – Domján Erika, managing director of the FruitVeb Hungarian Vegetables and Fruit Interprofessional Organization and Product Board told M1 news channel on Sunday.

She added: since the grape has a deep root of about one and a half meter deep, water scarcity has caused little concern.

She also reported that due to the warm summer weather, all fruits and vegetables will be harvested nearly every two weeks earlier. The table grapes are already in the stores. (MTI)
