FrieslandCampina acquires its Chinese affiliate

Dutch dairy company FrieslandCampina has announced acquiring a 100-percent share in its Chinese affiliate Friesland Huishan Dairy (FHD). FHD was established in April 2015 and manufactures and sells infant formula under the Lady brand name, plus tea and coffee creamers for other FrieslandCampina affiliates.
