French dairy help

The French has adopted a milk package mitigating the negative impacts of the abolition of the milk quota. The milk producers association (FNPL), the state and twelve other partners were involved in the creation of the package.

According to the package, a quantitative surveillance service will be set up and it will be easier to get a loan. The insurers would develop a crop insurance model in which a model contract would be introduced until the summer of 2015. (by our colleague)
