BB Plc wins silver medal at French wine competition
The 16th annual Chardonnay du Monde international wine competition recognises Balatonboglári Borgazdasági Plc.'s 2008 wine Chapel Hill Chardonnay as a silver medal winning product.
The
world’s best Chardonnay wines and champagnes are coming from 37
countries and are examined by hundreds of international expert
judges. The competition held on 11 to 14 March 2009 had the chance to
select from 923 samples and distributed 307 awards (1 grand gold
medal, 65 gold medals, 187 silver medals and 54 bronze medals).The
silver award winning Chapel Hill Chardonnay integrates flavours and
aromas reminiscent of peach and lime. Pleasantly creamy, full flavour
and delicate taste, with a touch of vanilla. Its scent is typical of
Chardonnay: rich and distinctive.
