U.S. fast food chain looking for franchise partners in Hungary
The American Dairy Queen fast food chain is looking for franchise partners in Hungary. In the U.S., over 5000, in other 18 countries, nearly 1,000 units are operating but none in Europe.
The company was founded in 1940. The Berkshire Hathaway, acquired the company in 1988. The chain is still one hundred percent owned by Warren Buffett's company. The company founded its international subsidiary in 1962, its first Canadian store opened in 1953. The next stop is Japan, in 1972, and the Middle East in 1979 – reports Világgazdaság Online.
