Cooking courses at the Tokaj Wine Region
A popular blogger and a wine marketing manager launced cooking courses related to Tokaj wines under the Tokaj Cooking School name, from the spring of 2013 at the Gróf Degenfeld Kastélyszálló (Gróf Degenfeld Castle Hotel) in Tarcal.
The candidates can create menus that are matching to theTokaji wines from April 2013. During the cooking course the participants will be richer with a lot of informations that will enable to make them more secure to match the wines to the dishes of the domestic and international cuisine. The courses will be lectured by the popular culinary blogger, the author, of the Spice and Spirit blog Bodrogi Eszter and Kocsis Zsóka wine marketing manager.
